1) Tournament Format:

The tournament will follow a Round Robin format leading into a
Knockout stage.

Top players from each group will advance to the Knockout stage
based on points earned.
2) Events:
- Girls Under 13/15 (Gender Neutral).
3) Registration:
-
All participants must register for the event at least three days before the event date. Courts will be booked according to the number of participating players.
-
No dropouts at the last moment, except in cases of genuine emergencies. Registered participants who are unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances must inform us before 8 PM on the day prior to the event.
4) Prizes/Awards:
-
Prizes will be awarded only to the winner and runner in Knockout
matches.
-
Prize consists of only goodies (e.g., Gripper, Socks, Water Bottle,
T-shirts, Shuttle, etc.), which are daily usable as
decided by all participants.
5) Entry Fee:
- No entry fee prescribed for the event.
-
The total cost of the event, including court fees, shuttle costs, goodies expenses,
and snacks/refreshment charges, will be calculated and collected from each participant..

Each participant should pay Rs 500/- at the time of registration.
-
The event cost will be calculated and individual share amount will
be communicated through whatsapp group after the event.
-
All participants should pay their remaining share amount to the
organizer on the same day.
-
If the advance payment is found to be excessive, the excess amount will be kept in the participant's name and will be adjusted in future events.
6) Match Rules:
-
Each match in the Round Robin stage will consist of either 1 set
of 21 points, 30 points, or 3 sets of 15 points, as decided.
Changes to the point system will be adapted for each event.

Knockout matches will be played in a best-of-three format.
Either 15 point 3 sets or 21 points 3 sets depending upon
availability of time.
- The decision of the referee/umpire will be final.
7) Player Limit:
- Maximum 12 players are allowed in the event.
8) Player ID:
-
Each player will be assigned a unique player ID upon registration for the event.
9) Ranking System:
-
Each player will be given a point for every winning match.(League matches: 1 point for every winning match, Knockout: Quarterfinalists-2 Points, Semifinal loosers-3 points, Final: Runner- 4 points, Winner: 6 points.)

Based on the points earned, a ranking list will be prepared and published on the website for the notice of each player.
10) Fixtures and Schedule:

Playbadminton tournament software will be used for preparation of
fixtures, scheduling matches and updating scores.

Pools will be prepared randomly at the beginning, and in the upcoming days, the fixture will be created based on player level/ranking points.
11) Shuttle:
-
Yonex ACB TR or Yonex AS 2 feather shuttles will be used for all
matches.
12) Venue:
-
We have planned to conduct the event at Sports Vault Arena,
Kaggadasapura.
13) Event Date:
-
Event date will be fixed in advance and communicated through the
whatsapp group and website.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the tournament may be
rescheduled or canceled. Participants will be notified promptly.

Any players who do not wish to participate in any of these events are requested to exit the Play & Grow WhatsApp group.
14) Health and Safety:

Participants must ensure they are in good health and physically
fit to participate in the event.
-
The organizers will not be responsible for any injuries
sustained during the tournament.
- First aid will be available at the venue.
15) Suggestions and Feedback:
-
Suggestion and feedback from the parents/participants will be
collected after the event to improve future events.
-
If the suggestions and feedback, is implementable, will be considered.
16) Acceptance of Terms:
-
By registering for the tournament, participants agree to abide by
all terms and conditions outlined above.
